1. Payment of Legitimate Earnings

We prioritize timely payment of publishers’ legitimate earnings.

Payments are processed on a NET 15 basis, with disbursements scheduled between the 4th–10th and 18th–25th of each month.

Payment processing occurs only after a publisher submits a withdrawal request.

2. Two‑Stage Revenue Sharing & Fraud Prevention

Publishers receive an initial guaranteed payout of up to 30% of their earnings immediately.

The remaining balance is released once traffic is verified and demand partners confirm payment.

Revenue share payments may be delayed by up to 48 hours to allow for fraud checks, traffic validation, and advertiser approval.

This ensures publishers are rewarded quickly while protecting advertisers and maintaining platform integrity.

3. Supporting Legitimate Publishers

Publishers with legitimate traffic sources will always have their valid earnings prioritized.

Accounts showing suspicious activity will be monitored, and questionable traffic may be withheld until verified.

We reserve the right to adjust or delay payments if traffic fails quality checks.

4. Account Management & Improvement

If suspicious activity is detected, we will contact the publisher with guidance and support.

Publishers who cooperate and improve traffic quality may regain full access and payout privileges.

5. Prohibited Traffic Sources & Practices

The following traffic types are strictly prohibited:

Bot or automated traffic.

Low‑quality traffic with poor engagement.

Paid traffic from deceptive or non‑compliant sources.

Incentivized traffic (traffic exchanges, click groups, pay‑to‑click).

Fraudulent traffic (forced clicks, click injection, malicious schemes).

Payments will not be processed for traffic falling under these categories.

6. Rules for Advertising & Traffic

No misleading, deceptive, or malicious advertising.

Compliance with all local and international laws (including data privacy and IP rights).

Respect for platform policies and the rights of other users.

7. Inactive Period & Account Transfer Policy

Accounts inactive for 3 months (no traffic or requests) may forfeit pending payments.

Account transfers (selling, gifting, or exchanging) are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of earnings.

8. Technical Issues & Earnings

Temporary disruptions (maintenance, outages, connectivity issues) may affect earnings.

We work diligently to minimize downtime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Data Security & Responsibility

We employ reasonable measures to protect publisher data.

In the event of a breach or loss, we will attempt recovery but cannot guarantee success in all cases.

10. Unforeseen Circumstances

Events beyond our control (natural disasters, wars, government actions) may impact operations.

ADSiU cannot be held responsible for losses caused by such disruptions.

We cannot guarantee conversions, sales, or affiliate account safety. Advertisers concerned about bot traffic should use a landing page before purchasing traffic.

We do not sell illegal traffic (adult, betting, gambling, forex, or other prohibited/haram offers). We strive to deliver real, compliant traffic.

Advertisers may request a 24‑hour money‑back guarantee or 100 free test visits. After this process, refunds are no longer available.
